Core to my work is clients feeling heard and respected and given the space to perhaps hear their own inner wisdom in a safe and non-judgemental environment.

I am also a  registered supervisor of psychotherapists for the past 13 years. Core to my supervision work is helping and supporting therapists to reflect on their work both clinically and academically, and supporting supervisees to maintain a solid ethical relationship with their clients.

My training in Mindfulness in clinical settings together with an ongoing commitment to my own mindfulness meditation practice affords me the opportunity to work with groups and individuals as needed to support them to cultivate mindfulness as a resource in handling the challenges of daily life.

I am available for consultations both as a clinician, and a mindfulness practitioner for individuals, groups, and organisations as needed. I am also available to supervise clinicians in their work with families, couples, individuals, and with groups.
